From factory floors to boardrooms.
Twenty-five years running operations that had to work on Monday morning — not in a slide deck. Fifteen of them as Managing Director at HUBER+SUHNER Poland, owning a full P&L and leading the site through complete transformation. Nine before that as Production Director at Sonion and 3Shape, in high-precision medical and acoustic manufacturing.
Here is the part that is not on most executive CVs: through those years I was also running my own software company. SiNet — my first company — built client-server systems that supported real decision-making inside production plants and businesses, while I was simultaneously accountable for a factory. I have sat on both sides of the same table: the director who signs off the system, and the engineer who has to make it work.
